NICS Rules & Regulations
CURRICULUM: Endeavour of NICS is to offer the latest curriculum to students as per their requirementwith emerging technologies, changing requirements of industry and time to time updating in course contents.
ENROLLMENT: The “Application for Admission" is the Enrolment Agreement between the applicant and the NICS centre. Before completing the enrolment process, students are required to go through and understand the contents of the program/course.
ADMISSION: Admission to courses offered by the NICS is governed by specified eligibility criteria and selections norms, whose details are available with the Centre. Some course/programs assume that the student has completed some academic prerequisites while the NICS centre will inform the candidate of these prerequisites.Admission to a program is not transferable to any other individual.
PAYMENTS:
· Fees are not refundable / not transferable.
· Monthly instalmentof fees for all courses must be paid on or before by 10thof every month.
· Payment through Cheque/ DD should be made payable to NICS.
· Ifstudent fail to pay monthly instalment before 10thof every month, Rs.50/- per day would be charged as a fine.
· In case cheque isdishonoured, a fine Rs.250/- will be charged and Rs.50/- per day fine at fee from the cheque date.
· Ifstudent does not pay the instalment for 2 months, Admission will be cancelled.
· Any change in government rules will be taken in to consideration and will be borne by the student.
· Course material will be issued to the student only after payment of due instalment/fees.
· Student is enrolled in any courses scheme, he/she is paying fees only forcoaching and notfor schemes.
· Fees is also not transferable for any other student /in any course degradation.
ATTENDANCE: Students have to be in centre as per their batch time. Minimum 70% attendance for the student is must to get the full benefit of the course.If student remains absent for more than 15 days without informing, admission will be cancelled and they have to join again with new admission andpervious fees will be forfeited
COURSEMATERIAL: Student will beprovidedwith a set ofcourse material during the course. In case ofloss ordamage of any part ofthe course material, duplicate setwill be issued on payment ofamount decided by the Centre. Course material will not be supplied if instalment/fee is due.
LEAVE:Students, who need leave will have to submit an application 2 weeks in advance to the Centre-in-charge. In Case the candidate is sick for more than 2 days in a month, doctor’s certificate should be produced. Leave for 2 weeks without a written application would be turn out cancellation / termination of the course. In case of emergence leave, student should inform their faculty/ management on telephone immediately.
EXAMINATION:
· Every student is evaluated through theoretical and practical examination which from a part ofthe students final evaluation. Qualifying marksofall Examinationis 65% ofthetotal marks.
· Withoutpassing the exam, certificate will not be issued.
· Second time examination charge is Rs. 300/-.
CERTIFICATION:
· Certificate will be issued on successful completion of course and passed the examination.
· Certificate will not be issued to the students in case ofany outstanding dues.
· Certificate will not be issued ifstudent is dropped during thecourse.
· Certificate will be issued alter 45 days ofexam/ result /completing course.
· In case of loss of certificate, duplicate certificate will be issued on payment of Rs. 250/-.
SCHEME:
· All rights are reserved with the Institute for cancellation, postponed or delay in any schemes.
· Student is paying fees onlyforcourse and not for any schemes.
· Any scheme rights are reserved with the institute only.
